-Mugwort-Helps relieve bad dreams and anxieties as well as helps with sleeplessness.
-Rose-Adds loving thoughts and warmth to dreams.
-Mullein-Guards against nightmares.
-Lemon Balm-Good for relieving headaches and stress.
-Hops-Easing tension and anxiety while inducing sleep

Place it under your pillow, beside the bed, or hang it above your head. Optionally you can inhale the scents deeply before doing so.
